Founded in 2023 by Ian McCall, this modern brewery brings a new chapter to the local beer scene in Downtown Long Beach. ISM Brewing pairs award-winning beer with scratch-made pub fare led by Chef Robert “Bobby” Gill, creating a relaxed place for family, friends, and authentic beer.
Inside, the mood is casual and lively, with plenty of room to gather, while the outdoor space adds another layer for easygoing hangouts. Chef-driven plates like Romaine Calm, Olympian Loaded Fries, and Plastered Poultry give the menu its playful edge.
